The 2nd HSUHK Programming Contest was successfully held on 28 May 2026. After months of hardworks and practice, students were ready to showcase their skills. Contestants were challenged to solve up to eight contest programming problems as quickly as possible within a two-hour time limit.

Following two hours of intense competition, Au Wai Yu, a second-year Applied Computing, emerged as the champion by successfully solving seven problems. The runner-up and third-place awards went to Leung Kai Hang and Kwan Wai Kai, respectively. The three top winners shared a total prize pool of $1,800 HKD.

Champion: Au Wai Yu, BSc-AC Year 2
First Runner-up: Leung Kai Hang, BSc-AC Year 3
Second Runner-up: Kwan Wai Kai, BSc-AC Year 1

Merit Award: YUNG Tsz Ching, YAO Yechen, WONG Cheuk-yiu Brian, CHAN Orlando, LAM Wing Fung, TSE Ngo Tin Lucas, CHUI Tsz Kit, ZHENG Yuhan.
