Mr. Yip Cheong Shing, Hans, M.S., used to be a senior information system architect at AT&T in U.S. He has 31 years of software development, project management, and infrastructure and platform design experience. Yip also has more than 23 years of experience teaching computer programming, database and Web technologies at the university level. He is currently stayed in Hong Kong and is teaching part-time at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, and Upper Iowa University – Hong Kong Campus.
