OUR GOAL: EMBRACING THE AI AND IT REVOLUTION!

OUR GOAL: EMBRACING THE AI AND IT REVOLUTION!

We are currently witnessing unprecedented changes driven by advancements in technology. From Artificial Intelligence (AI) and mobile computing to software development and cloud technology, as well as e-commerce, FinTech, and User Experience Design (UXD), innovative ideas in computer science have become the enabling force behind modern society and the smart cities of the future.

However, Hong Kong and the world at large now face a critical shortage of software development experts. Our Department is committed to training skilled computing and IT professionals to address this need in various sectors. Through active research, small-class teaching, and fostering close staff-student relationships, our goal is to become the leading computer science department among private universities in the region.
