Dr. LI Tan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. She received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong (CityU) in 2023. Prior to that, she received the M.Eng. degree in Control Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2019, and the B.Eng. degree in Automation from Central South University (CSU) in 2016.
